Berry-fruit Supervisor/Assistant Grower

Key Responsibilities: • Supporting berry crop planning, growing, and harvesting within a hydroponic tunnel house system • Monitoring and responding to pests, diseases, and irrigation needs • Supervising and motivating staff across crop maintenance and harvest activities • Maintaining records and reporting on plant health, EC, pH, and moisture levels • Leading training, toolbox meetings, and ensuring team compliance with H&S and SOPs • Supporting equipment checks, fertiliser mixing, and site hygiene
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in horticulture (ideally berry-fruit or protected cropping) • Knowledge of hydroponic systems and crop health monitoring • Strong leadership and communication skills • Good computer literacy (especially with Microsoft Office) • A practical, hands-on attitude and strong problem-solving ability • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a close-knit team • Drug test initiated due to probable cause • MUST have own transport

- Monday to Friday with Saturday work as required (40 hours per week)
