Equipment Readiness: Perform pre-operation checks and positioning to ensure machinery is ready. Attachment Management: Select, fit, and remove attachments like buckets, winches, scoops, and hammers as needed. Precision Operation: Operate controls accurately for excavation, material handling, and spreading. Vigilant Monitoring: Adjust controls in real time to maintain pressure, speed, and site safety. Task Execution: Follow plans, drawings, and instructions to meet project goals. Maintenance Dedication: Carry out routine servicing, cleaning, fuelling, and minor repairs. Machinery Transportation: Safely move and place machinery per site protocols. Attachment Assessment: Match tasks with proper attachments and ensure correct fitting. Manual/Hydraulic Mastery: Operate and adjust attachments using manual and hydraulic controls. Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.

These roles require workers to be available for work in Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Hawkes Bay, Manawatu-Whanganui, Wellington, Tasman, Nelson, Marlborough, West Coast, Canterbury, Otago, Northland, Gisborne, Taranaki, Southland. When workers are required to travel, appropriate travel and accommodation expenses will be provided.
