Service Delivery Administrator

A highly regarded and progressive nationwide company, recognised for providing quality instrumentation, electrical and automation services is looking for a Service Delivery Administrator who has the following qualities: • an eye for detail • a lovely phone manner • ability to work well in a busy environment while staying calm • able to work efficiently • target driven • proven work experience in a similar administrative role
Your key responsibilities will be: • answering incoming calls • generating and distributing key reports • planning, executing and batching upcoming work • overseeing and logging internal and client enquires • daily liaison with clients • provision of support to the wider Service Hub team To be successful in this role you will need to be a team player, have excellent computer skills and abilities in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with excellent communication and great customer service. Appropriate training and ongoing support will be provided to the successful candidate.
