Scheduling Administrator -Call Centre

A progressive nationwide company, recognised for providing quality instrumentation, electrical and automation services is looking for a Scheduling Administrator to make and take incoming and outgoing calls to arrange appointments effectively and efficiently for field staff.
Essential Qualifications and Experience: • Attention to detail, an affinity for working with data, and the ability to identify and question gaps or anomalies. • Customer focused • The ability to juggle several tasks and ensure positive outcomes. • Fast Typist (50+ WPM). • Excellent computer skills and advanced abilities in MS Word, Excel and Outlook • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills and the ability to adapt your interpersonal style to suit different people or situations. • Excellent and professional phone manner
