Duty Manager

A local restaurant located in the CBD is seeking a Duty Manager to work full-time. Duties include supervising both front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations, adhering to licensing, hygiene, and health and safety regulations, handling cash transactions, preparing reports, and managing budgets as needed. You will need strong communication skills to deal effectively with staff, be able to resolve any conflicts ensuring clear communication channels in the absence of the manager. You also will be able to address any operational issues promptly and effectively, be able to assist in planning and coordinating large group bookings and special events whilst maintaining a clean and safe environment including adhering to food safety practices. The hours will be rostered over 7 days from 10am to 12am and you need to be flexible to work as and when required. Ideally you will need to have a current Duty Managers license but a minimum of an LCQ is required and have some experience in the hospitality industry. If this sounds like you APPLY NOW.
Job Requirements
Must be able to pass a police check and a pre-employment drug test. Must have a minimum of an LCQ with previous experience in hospitality and be available to work as and when required.
