Duty Manager
About this job
A Mangere retail outlet looking for the right person for a Duty Managers role. Greet customers as they enter and exit the store. Ensure that the store complies with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act and the terms of the license. Operate cash registers, scanners, and point-of-sale (POS) systems/terminals. Take payments from customers for goods or services and issue sales invoices using cash register or point of sale machine. Keep an accurate cash register by counting and recording money received and balancing against register sales record. Check that trolleys and carrier bags are clean and properly positioned. Ensure that there is sufficient change, carry bags, and other relevant materials at the checkout. Help drive and improve client awareness of the most recent deals and promotions in accordance with liquor regulations. Provide excellent customer service. Job Requirements
Must have current General managers certificate, pass a pre-employment drug test. Be able to pass a Ministry of Justice Check.
