Commercial Cleaner

Busy commercial cleaning company in Auckland Region requires highly experienced cleaners. Duties: • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. • Empty and dispose of waste and recycling bins in designated areas. • Maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and reception areas. • Clean windows, glass partitions, and surfaces as needed. • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment. • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when additional supplies are required. • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe and clean working environment. • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly. • Adhere to established cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed within the allocated timeframes. • Handle and store cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and organized manner. • Follow established procedures for the proper disposal of hazardous materials, if applicable. • Respond to specific cleaning requests and ensure customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall cleanliness goals and maintain a harmonious working environment. • Attend training sessions and meetings as required. Hours may vary as required during the day. Monday to Sunday based on requirement including weekends, public holidays and early morning or late night shifts.
