About the Role: As a Support Worker you will be responsible for assisting individuals to gain as much independence as possible. There are roles available in both Residential Support Services Team and Supported Independent Living Services Team.

Daily Tasks can include: -Supporting daily living activities (e.g., cooking, personal care, medication) -Promoting community involvement and social interaction -Encouraging personal development and goal achievement

For this role, you will need to: - Ideally have a Level 3 Certificate in Health & Wellbeing but this is not essential, as you will be supported to gain this qualification while you work. - Be a good communicator, patient and calm - Have sound written and verbal communication skills - Be able to work day shifts across the week and/or on a roster which includes sleepovers - Full New Zealand Driver Licence - Be competent to drive a range of company vehicles including mobility vans
