About this job
Experienced Customer and Sales Administrator to program installations and repairs for our Christchurch based team of technicians. Customer service - both in person in the showroom and over the phone. Providing information on our wide range of products. Organising technician diaries and booking appointments - using Mobile Agenda. Other administrative duties as needed. Front of House.
Job Requirements
MUST HAVES: • Robust personality. • Excellent administrative skills including invoicing, emailing and communications. • Scheduling experience – programming multiple staff diaries. • Process driven. • Ability to be flexible when prioritising tasks and returning to the process. • Strong attention to detail and being proud of their work. Someone who can work under pressure and glide above with a calm demeanour.
