Internal Sales (Order Manager)

A local business is seeking a proactive and customer focused Internal Sales person to join their team. You will be the key point of contact for customers in person, via phone, or through email. Your role is to understand customer needs, ensure prompt and accurate service, and collaborate across departments to deliver seamless solutions.

Key Responsibilities: • Act as the internal point of contact for customer inquiries and requests. • Process customer orders, answer product-related queries, and handle service issues efficiently. • Collaborate with the Sales team to generate accurate quotes based on customer-provided product lists or schedules. • Engage with customers to determine additional requirements such as delivery timelines, payment terms, and special specifications. • Coordinate with the Supply Chain team and internal/external suppliers to build comprehensive customer packages. • Liaise with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure a clear delivery plan and resolve any issues during fulfilment.

Skills & Experience: • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Sales or customer service experience, preferably in a technical, manufacturing, or distribution environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams to meet customer needs. • Previous experience and/or knowledge of the Water Infrastructure Industry preferred
