*Sales Rep (Auto Parts)

Experienced Sales representative required for South Auckland Auto parts company. Core duties include: • Liaising with Dispatch and stores for quality control. • Assisting with customer inquiries in person and over the phone to ensure a high level of professionalism is always observed. • Providing clear instruction on customer orders. • Receiving and processing payments via cash eftpos, credit card or bank transfer. • Assist customers with automotive knowledge. • Carry out administrative functions as required including answering phones, scanning and filing. • Managing the purchase of goods for sale in an efficient manner. • Provide quotes via multiple platforms eg: Email and Parts trader etc • Creating purchase orders. The above list is not exhaustive and the role may include other duties as required by employer to meet the overall objectives of the business.

1 year of previous automotive or related experience. Previous retail experience preferred. Ability to effectively communicate with a varied group of people. Basic computer skills required.
