Retail Supervisor

We are looking for a highly responsible, self-driven Store Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Christchurch. This is a key role that blends administration, sales, daily store operations, planning, and after-sales service. You will be the go-to person to ensure our retail store runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience for our E-Bikes and E-Scooters.

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning Manage in-store and online sales processes, provide excellent customer service Handle administrative tasks including order processing, stock management, and coordination with head office Coordinate and implement in-store promotions and marketing activities Handle customer inquiries, returns, and after-sales issues professionally Support repair team with scheduling, documentation, and logistics Monitor store performance and prepare reports as required

Prior experience in retail, sales, or store management preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic POS systems Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
