Room Attendant

Ahs hospitality is Australia and New Zealand’s largest provider of outsourced housekeeping management services and partners with the most iconic hotel brands. We are seeking part time (16hrs - 30hrs per week) room attendants to join our teams working in Queenstown.

The roles are suited for those who have a passion for the hotel industry, attention to detail and offer service with a smile. You will be provided with training, development and an environment filled with team spirit. In return we ask you to bring your shining personality to enhance each and every guest's experience. Key responsibilities include: • Completing allocated rooms within the allocated time • Replenishing and controlling guest supplies and amenities including bathroom amenities, mini bar, towels, and linen • Preparing each room to the required standard • Rotating and replacing room items in accordance with set requirements such as mattress protectors, bedspreads, and pillows • Reporting missing items from guest rooms e.g kettle, cups, glasses, irons, hangers • Presenting guest rooms as per Hotel standard • Providing buddy training when directed by the manager/supervisor • Following company policies and procedure manuals • Reporting maintenance required in rooms
