About this job
• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and a variety of toppings, including tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats. • Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked to company quality standards. • Support daily sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Track inventory levels and promptly inform the Store Manager when supplies need replenishing. • Clean and sanitise workstations, cooking utensils, and equipment to maintain hygiene standards. • Plate or package pizzas appropriately for dine-in or takeaway orders. • Manage order slips and ensure timely preparation and delivery of customer orders. • Dispose of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift following safety guidelines. • Assist with store opening duties, preparing the premises for business hours. • Process customer payments accurately using various payment methods. • Deliver pizzas to customers as needed, contingent upon holding a valid driver’s license.
Job Requirements
• Availability to work weekends and late evening shifts. • Valid driver’s license and ability to manage pizza deliveries. • Physically fit to stand for extended periods. • Hardworking and dedicated. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
