About the Role: As a Support Worker, you will provide person-cantered care with sensitivity to the race, culture, religion, age, disability, gender, of the individuals you support. You will be delivering care in a professional, respectful, and ethical manner—always maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of integrity.

Key Responsibilities: • Assisting with daily living activities such as: o Personal care (showering, grooming) o Medication administration o Meal preparation and feeding o Shopping and light housework • Promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for individuals • Building meaningful, trust-based relationships with clients and their families

No Experience? No Problem! Full paid training and orientation will be provided On-the-job training includes opportunities for regular pay increases as your skills and responsibilities grow. What matters most is your positive attitude, empathy, and willingness to learn.
