Whanau Development Administrator Location: Paeroa
A Paeroa employer is a kaupapa Maori organisation dedicated to the wellbeing and aspirations of whanau across the Hauraki rohe. They are seeking an experienced and proactive administrator to support our Whanau Development team.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a busy environment, is confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, and who can take ownership of tasks to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support across the Whanau Development team • Coordinate resources, maintain records, and support internal systems • Assist with reporting, communication, and day-to-day team logistics • Ensure tasks align with organisational values and strategic goals

Job Requirements
• Technically competent with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft 365 (including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams) • Experience using client-based systems such as Recordbase, FS.net, or similar (preferred but not essential) • Demonstrates initiative, reliability, and strong organisational skills • Values tikanga Maori and is committed to supporting whanau-centred service delivery • Must pass a drug and MOJ check • Applicants must be New Zealand citizens, or residents who hold a residency visa with the intention of applying for permanent residency.
