Delivery Driver Full-Time – Physically Demanding & Customer-Focused Role!

We are seeking a reliable, committed, and physically fit, and customer-focused Delivery Driver for Woolworths Regent. This role involves delivering groceries to customers across local and rural areas, ensuring delivery is completed safely, on time, with a friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver groceries to customers within set timeframes • Pick up goods from the designated store or contractor base • Assist with loading and unloading of trucks (manual or using pallet jack/tail lift) • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the truck • Complete daily temperature records and submit fortnightly • Ensure truck compliance with COF, registration, and RUC requirements

Full Class 1 New Zealand Driver’s Licence (will be driving small delivery truck) Clean driving record and proven driving experience, preference given to candidates with previous delivery driving experience Work in all weather conditions Strong knowledge of the local region Physically fit and capable of manual lifting Previous customer-facing experience essential High level of trust, integrity, and professionalism Outstanding communication and customer service skills Flexible with availability across a 7-day roster, including weekends Able to operate and maintain vehicles to industry standards Can pass pre-employment and random drug testing No criminal convictions
