Operator II, Manufacturing

Complete daily production per SOPs, follow EHS policies for safety. Adhere to cGMP and ISO principles. Ensure accurate BMRs. Perform sampling, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Handle tasks like filling, packaging, labelling, picking, pooling, filtration, packing, and moving trolleys/pallets. Operate UV systems and sterile filtration independently at night. Monitor and troubleshoot machinery: dispensers, dryers, labellers, water baths, autoclaves, UV systems, testers. Conduct filtration tasks: integrity testing, setup, change-out, pH adjustment, CIP, troubleshooting. Use RF scanning, manage inventory. Clean equipment and areas. Update SOPs and BMRs; support continuous improvement, participate in investigations, projects, validation. Report issues to supervisors

At least 6 months of relevant cGMP bio-manufacturing experience, including: Operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting bioprocessing equipment, including UV systems Operating filtration equipment, including processing liquid media through sterile filtration pathways Working in an ISO7 clean room environment, including the operation of aseptic dispensing equipment Safely handling chemicals and hazardous materials Proven ability to work independently on night shifts with limited supervision
