We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to step into a newly created Restaurant & Bar Manager role following a recent team restructure. This role offers the chance to take the lead in shaping service and operations across our busy venue and truly make it your own.

With a capacity of up to 400 guests and a summer season that doesn’t slow down, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, leads from the front, and knows how to create memorable customer experiences – even on the busiest of days.
About the role: You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, including team leadership, customer service, financial performance, and operational efficiency. You’ll play a key role in shaping the service culture, maintaining standards, and helping us deliver outstanding hospitality. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in managing a busy, high-volume venue A confident and positive leader who motivates and supports their team Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills A hands-on approach and cool head under pressure Current Manager’s Certificate (or ability to obtain one) Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and public holidays Full driver’s licence (you’ll help operate our courtesy vans) Someone organised, proactive, and ready to take ownership What we offer:
