Fast Food Cook

Preparing and cooking fast food such as pizzas, chips, garlic breads and chicken sides and be responsible for food quality Preparations such as washing, cutting, measuring and mixing of ingredients for cooking. Portioning, plating the food and adding gravies, sauces plus garnishes Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment Cleaning the food preparation areas and utensils Storing food at the right temperature Providing training and instructions to other kitchen workers in the presentation of food. Follow hygiene procedures and always ensure compliance of the food safety plan Take orders on call/in person and receive payments from customers Ordering and taking delivery of fast food ingredients Arrange delivery of prepared food and beverages as often as required
