Job Details:

Primary Location: Cafe in Takanini Occasional Work: You may be required to cover shifts at our second location in Mangere during staff shortages

Key Responsibilities: • Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, appliances, cutting boards, trays etc. • Remove rubbish and clean kitchen floor. • Unpack and store delivered food supplies. • Restock used items and inform when food supplies are running low. • Wash, clean, peel, cut, and chop fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat. • Prepare salads, savouries, and sandwiches. • Pack food items and beverage for serving. • Perform any other related duties as required.

Must be physically fit Must have reliable transport Must be available to start at 5 am and work weekends and public holidays Must pass police check and pre-employment drug testing
