Grinding Gear Games is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Representatives to join our team on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be at the heart of our service operation, handling a wide range of customer enquiries and ensuring each interaction is a positive one. Every day is different, so we're seeking individuals with adaptable personalities, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of team spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Moderating in-game chat and community forums to ensure a safe and positive environment - Assisting customers via email, private message, and live chat - Troubleshooting issues and escalating them when necessary - Providing clear, accurate, and friendly information or guidance to users - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless support coverage - Staying up to date with product knowledge and support procedures

Job Requirements
- Have excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) - Be hardworking with strong organisational capabilities, multi-tasking and prioritising workflow effectively - Have excellent computer and technical skills - Be seeking long-term employment - Have experience with online games - Pass pre-employment Ministry of Justice background check - Have access to reliable transport (desired)

- Rostered shifts flexibility required: - Day shift: 8am to 4pm - Afternoon shift: 4pm to 12am - Night shift: 12am to 8am (40 hours per week)
