Duty Manager
About this job
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including food and alcohol sales, inventory management, and the delivery of exceptional customer service. Lead and motivate the restaurant bar and kitchen team to deliver top quality food, drinks and customer service. Ensure compliance with business policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations. Compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, ensuring the safe and responsible sale and supply of alcohol to minimize any alcohol related harm. Provide coaching and training, contributing to the continuous development of the team. Monitor financial transactions, POS reconciliations, cash reconciliations and prepare daily sales reports.
Job Requirements
Liquor licence Experience working in hospitality minimum 2 years

- Monday - Sunday roaster shifts, minimum 30 hours (30 hours per week)
