Reporting to the Inventory Manager you will be responsible for coordinating incoming stock from our suppliers.
This involves ensuring stock is checked off and entered into our computerised inventory system in a quick and timely manner, and that stock flows through the business to reach the shelves in a timely manner to satisfy customer demand. Oversee that credits are kept up to date with Suppliers and talking to Reps about credits when necessary.
Applicants must have a full driver's license, as this role requires the use of forklifts to unload and load trucks, moving stock into Inwards Goods area. Holding a current F endorsed forklift license would be an advantage, but not necessary as training will be provided.
This role is a physical, hands-on role in a busy area of the business. Accuracy, attention to detail, planning, organisation, and communication are all essential skills for this role.
The primary purpose of this role is to:
• Ensure all stock entering and leaving the store via inwards goods is processed in an accurate and timely manner • Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse / back door environment • Ensures goods are stored correctly to minimize health and safety risks • Overseeing returns and credits to suppliers

Job Requirements
Two years’ experience in warehousing and/or inventory would be advantageous.
The following skills/attributes will apply:
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently • Strong organisation skills • Intermediate computer knowledge • Accurate handling and computer processing of all incoming stock • Assisting with stock movements/unloading (which will include forklift use) • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent communication at all levels • Physically fit as there will be heaving lifting, prolonged standing, lifting and ladder use • Drive, enthusiasm, and positive attitude • Forklift licence with 'F' endorsement or full driver licence with the desire to obtain a forklift licence This role is focused on contributing to the overall success of the business by maximising the efficiency of the Inwards Goods operation while also contributing and providing quality customer service.

- Monday - Friday, hours to be confirmed. Rotating Roster. (40 hours per week)
