Papatoetoe Employer is looking for an general office clerk to manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and letters). Maintain and update company records, ensuring accuracy across all systems. Assist with the coordination of vehicle bookings, scheduling, and customer service. Process vehicle rental agreements, manage rental documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant policies. Handle tour arrangement bookings and liaise with clients to confirm details. Prepare and issue invoices, and support general bookkeeping tasks. Organize files and maintain office supplies inventory. Provide administrative support to senior staff, including generating reports and processing paperwork for transport operations. Respond to customer inquiries and assist with resolving issues or complaints. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely and efficient operation of the office. You will need to be able to do shift work, no fixed hours.

Job Requirements

Qualification or Work Experience requirement: Candidate should meet either one of the below: -at least high school qualification, OR, -at least one year of relevant work experience Willingness to work in a 24/7 rostered environment and on call , including weekends and split shifts. You will be working 5 or 6 days a week.

Days of work
