Commercial Cleaner

Perform commercial, builder, exit-cleans, school, winery, and healthcare cleaning—maintaining sterile standards for medical environments. Drive company vehicles to work sites (when required). Vacuum carpets, curtains, and upholstery Sweep, mop, scrub, buff, and polish tiled, vinyl, timber, and concrete floors Thoroughly tidy rooms, empty bins, dispose of waste and recyclables Clean/disinfect kitchens, bathrooms Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings Window cleaning and wall scrubbing as per schedule

Minimum 30 hours per week flexibility with rotating shifts Monday–Friday (8am-2pm, 6pm-12am) hours to be discussed with successful applicant/s, with potential weekend on-call shifts Remuneration.

Minimum Skills, Experience & Qualifications Prior experience in commercial cleaning, preferable Understanding of sterile cleaning protocols in clinical settings Ability to work safely, efficiently, and independently to high standards Clear verbal and written communication skills for reporting Valid New Zealand driver’s licence Reliable with strong references demonstrating integrity Clean police record and willingness to pass drug testing at any time Physically able to lift 15–25kg without assistance Available Monday–Friday, with willingness to be called upon weekends Will commit to at least 30 hours per week
