Engineers supervisor- Plumbing

To assist the departmental manager's in the day to day operations of the department, delivering all engineering and maintenance services to the property and business, considering the utmost consideration for business demands, our customers' needs and following a schedule of work that practices preventative maintenance as frequently as possible. Deputizing for the HoD in their absence. Lead by example in taking the initiative to create moments of 'WOW' for our guests, create this culture for your team. This role is for a 5 Star property so sound experiences and qualifications are going to be the key aspects when hiring.

Represent Engineering at H & S and CONNECT monthly meetings, ensuring a delegate in your absence. Ensure all elements of HACCP, building WOF and other engineering/property maintenance related requirements are met. Supervise and coordinate of trades, both internal and external. Assist with contractor management. Assisting the Chief Engineer in regular inspections of plant and equipment and ensure that inspections required by government authorities are conducted and documented. Assist chief Engineer in Fire Protection Preventative Maintenance. Record keeping.
