About this job
As a Retail Supervisor (Wellington CBD) in a supermarket environment, you will: • Supervise the staff of the allocated department • Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages • Ensure stock rotation and handling of food items • Prepare food items with the store staff • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory • Maintain product and service quality as per the set standards • Coordinating the effective, professional day-today running of the services • Consistently looking at ways to improve the quality of our service • Take feedback from the customers • Respond to customer's inquiries and complaints • Ensure customer service standards are met • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the store in the allocated shift • Maintain and comply with the company's policies and procedure
Job Requirements
• Candidate must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience • Provide previous work references • Should be able to lift 20 kg weight • Be able to pass a drug test and a Ministry of Justice check
- Days of work
- 30 hrs pw, Mon to Sun between 7 am - 1am. Working weekends, late night and be available on call are required for this role (30 hours per week)
