Bluff based employer is currently hiring for entry-level stevedoring roles at our Bluff operations, with a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts each month – often totalling 24 hours or more. Perfect for those wanting reliable work that adapts to your availability or your personal commitments.
Stevedores are responsible for safely loading and unloading cargo at ports – everything from containers to bulk vessels and essential goods. If you’re physically active, adaptable, a team player, and ready to learn, you’ll thrive in this role. Available Roles • Casual Stevedore – Work across bulk vessels, container vessels, and more • You’ll also be trained to operate equipment like hoppers and forklifts

Job Requirements
Key Requirements: • Full driver’s licence (preferred) • Comfortable with physical labour and all-weather conditions • Willing to work nights and weekends (as part of a 24/7 operation) • Must pass a drug and alcohol screening • Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn • Wharf/Ports experience and/or a OSH Forklift licence a bonus
