Efficiently managing and fulfilling client shift requests. Building strong relationships with a dedicated group of clients, including those requiring long-term 24/7 care for acute or chronic illnesses and mental health disorders, which necessitate a high level of experienced oversight. Maintaining and updating client and candidate records using our tracking systems. Much of this is highly confidential medical information. Answering calls professionally and directing inquiries appropriately. Marketing available candidates to clients to ensure seamless placements. Working collaboratively with the wider team to support seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in dealing with ACC-funded clients and NASC-funded clients. Preferably a tertiary qualification. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Computer literacy (Word, Outlook, and industry-related systems – training provided). A collaborative and adaptable team player with a customer-focused mindset.

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm (40 hours per week)
