Assistant Store Manager

A busy service station requires an Assistant Store Manager. The role will include: - Required to work in all areas of the store such as food preparation, store cleanings - Effectively oversee inventory levels to monitor stock usage, manage ordering processes, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records - Schedule shifts, delegate tasks, provide feedback, and handle conflict resolution to support staff - Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly - Plan and execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract new customers
- Ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are upheld - Implement and monitor safe work practices at all times - Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines - Operate to all applicable laws and regulations
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of similar experience - Available for rostered shifts including weekend days Pass a MoJ check
- Days of work
- Monday to Saturday. The hours of work each day will be between 5:30am – 11:30pm and will be specified by roster every week (30 hours per week)
