Opportunity based in Morrinsville Taking instructions from the Manager/Owner An assistant manager should be able to implement pricing policies and price setting. Checking stock, adding or removing stock as per their demand, always keeping in-demand items in stock, maintaining records of stock levels. Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Problem-solving and multi-tasking in a demanding environment. Ensure the store area is tidy and clean all the time. Take up any other job responsibility if requested by the store owner Ensuring food safety & health safety compliance standards are maintained. Must be able to operate the store in the absence of the store owner for longer periods if and when required. Successful applicants must be prepared to work early morning shifts (commencing at 600am) and weekends. Candidate will require to do heavy lifting, loading/ unloading van.
