Cleaning Supervisor

A local Tauranga employer is looking for a motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor who will Key Responsibilities: ● Supervise a team comprising: 4 casual staff, 2 full-time staff, Up to 2 part-time staff (seasonal variation) ● Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance ● Participate in daily cleaning operations, including commercial and holiday home contracts ● Coordinate staffing levels based on seasonal demand (4–10 staff during peak months) ● Ensure adherence to service standards, health and safety protocols, and cleaning procedures ● Manage inventory and supplies relevant to cleaning services ● Support flexible operational demands including early starts, late finishes, and weekend shifts ● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively ● Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills ● High attention to detail and physically fit for cleaning duties.
