Sales Operations Specialist – Order Management Expert

- Fulfill sales orders, update ETAs, manage new orders, resolve customer queries, and coordinate inbound freight with extensive vendor contact. - Become the subject matter expert in Vendor Management, Order Entry, Pricing, and Purchasing, owning process documentation and best practices. - Exhibit exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities: - Oversee order transactions, fulfillment, invoicing, and billing Manage daily EDI purchasing and month/quarter-end commitments - Address customer queries, disputes, and special requests - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer value - Coordinate logistics for vendor shipments and site deliveries - Maintain pricing agreements, purchase orders, and margin calculations - Monitor operational transactions and workflow system SLAs - Resolve outstanding issues and ensure training for vendor technologies

• SAP and ticketing tools experience • Minimum 2 years work experience in entering orders within SAP within IT distribution • Ability to proactively track orders in the system, identify system issues and resolve • Experience providing subject matter expertise in SAP Order Management • Intermediate Excel skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships quickly and effectively • General computer literacy • Month and QTR end Commitment. (requiring extra efforts & time commitment around the month end period to ensure all orders are processed)
