Commercial Cleaner

Invercargill based employer looking to employ a fulltime cleaner to assist in follow duties: • Dusting ceilings, countertops, polishing furniture, fixtures, and light fittings. • Applying necessary chemicals and solvents to surfaces in order to easily and effectively remove stain and dirt. • Vacuuming Carpets • Complying with all safety policies and procedures that are related to carrying out cleaning tasks. • Taking and handling special requests for clients. • Carefully handling and operating all cleaning machinery according to protocol. • Identifying and reporting all safety equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor or management. • Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around our client properties such as offices • Cleans floors, rooms, cabins including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, ,dusting. • Remove rubbish, empty bins, waste bins, replaces liners. • Sanitize appropriate areas as described in the job details. • Polishing floors and maintain it as required. • Any other duties that may be asked from time to time

Must have the ability to pass police check and drug test as required. Full drivers licence required due to hours of work.
