Located in Coalgate, we're seeking a local admin superstar who knows the Selwyn area and is ready to be the go-to person in our friendly, down-to-earth plumbing office. This is a key role that keeps our operations running smoothly and ensures our clients receive top-notch service every time.

As the first point of contact for our clients, your customer service skills will shine – whether you're answering phones, responding to emails, or greeting visitors with a smile.

Key Responsibilities: - Answering and managing incoming phone calls and emails - Booking jobs and coordinating with our plumbing team - Assisting with invoicing, timesheets, and general data entry - Providing exceptional support to clients and maintaining strong relationships - Keeping the office organised and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently

Job Requirements

- Restricted / Full drivers license with own reliable transport - Pass an MOJ check - A willingness to learn – training will be provided in Xero and Fergus (our accounting and job management systems) - Excellent customer service skills
