Store Manager

Local petrol station in Taupo is looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of their petrol station and convenience store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and train store employees Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor relationships Monitor and coordinate deliveries Maintain cleanliness and safety standards Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Handle cash management and bank deposits Enforce company policies and procedures Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll hours
This role is 40hrs a week Mon-Fri however, must be available weekends on call for site emergencies and cover staff etc.
