Accounts Payable Coordinator

A Penrose based leading technical services company specialising in fuel systems and technology solutions is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their dedicated high performing Finance Team. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable processes. You’ll be responsible for processing invoices and credit notes, reconciling supplier accounts, and resolving queries, all while contributing to the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the company.
This is 100% office-based – giving you the benefit of working closely with colleagues in a supportive and dynamic environment. • Accurate and timely processing of accounts payable invoices and credit notes • Monthly reconciliations of supplier statements • Preparation and processing of regular AP payment runs. • Weekly reconciliation of staff expenses and company VISA accounts • Assisting with cashflow and financial reporting • Providing general support to the wider finance team as required
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounts payable. • Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and best practices • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to question, analyse and interpret financial data with confidence • Have a background in Fuel OR Electrical OR Energy OR EV OR Facilities Management, where you performed all the Job Description duties would be added advantage
