Warehouse Operator

Full time position available for a Warehouse Operator whose primary role will be hands on and to coordinate and control the processing and pick/pack of daily orders and load/unload third party transport providers. • Process orders and arrange the pick and pack completion. • Accurate recording of stock movements. • Arrange suitable and cost-effective transport for the delivery of product to customers via courier, bulk freight, or other providers. • Confirm sales details in Cin7 (Inventory Management System) and confirm accuracy to the stock picked. • Confirm dispatched items, record batch numbers and complete sale. • Back up, when needed, to our driver to perform local deliveries. • General warehouse activities • Arrange the warehouse so it is tidy, orderly, efficient, and laid out clearly for stock count ease and access. • Work closely with the Sales and Logistics Unit to establish procedures that drive efficiency and effectiveness. • Ensuring FIFO principles operate at all times. • Ensuring transport providers are adhering to agreed terms and delivering value. • Assist in locating product discrepancies identified during stock takes. • Other brewery tasks as required from time to time.

• A good level of fitness and strength, as handling kegs will be required. • Clean full drivers licence a must, forklift experience will be an advantage. • Adaptable and flexible. • Attention to detail and accuracy is a critical skill. • IT literacy, experience with Excel, Xero and Cin7 a definite advantage. • Highly motivated and strong team ethic. • Health and Safety awareness. • Strong work ethic.
