- Strong understanding of concrete spraying techniques and equipment - Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently - Commitment to workplace safety and high-quality workmanship
Equipment Proficiency: Experience operating and maintaining shotcrete/gunite equipment, including pumps and nozzles.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of concrete mix designs and application techniques for different project requirements.
Physical Fitness: Ability to work in demanding environments, including confined spaces and elevated structures
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess site conditions and adjust techniques accordingly to ensure high-quality application. Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and deadlines.
Job Requirements
Class 2 license Must pass drug test and Ministry of Justice police check Relevant certifications in concrete spraying or construction safety (such as Site Safe certification in NZ)
