About this job

A Roofing company located at Tauriko, needs a person to do Inwards Goods administration, checking inwards goods received against documentation • Dispatch administration – updating the delivery schedule in Smartsheets, reconciling the delivery schedule to open sales orders to ensure that all completed delivery documents are forwarded to the Billing Administrator for invoicing. • Manufacturing administration – checking incoming work orders for completeness and due dates (drawings attached, etc.) • Customer Service at the Trade Counter – greet customers who arrive for pick-ups, and let the factory team know to load up for the customer. • Assist with physical stock takes. • Sales administration for two key accounts – processing sales orders, purchase orders and invoicing. • Maintaining minimum stock levels of roofing consumables stock.

Job Requirements

Full class 1 driver licence, computer literate, good customer service skills At least one year of experience in an Administration role or other relevant role in the roofing industry. Pass a pre-employment drug test AND Police check.
