Receptionist - Day Spa

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at our busy Day Spa in Wellington. This is a 30-hour per week role, ideally suited to someone who enjoys customer service, sales, and working in a relaxing, wellness-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist clients in a warm, professional manner. • Manage bookings and client enquiries. • Handle payments and promote spa products and packages. • Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house area.
Job Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Confident with customer service and communication, both in person and over the phone • Friendly, approachable, and able to make clients feel welcome and at ease. • Comfortable with recommending and upselling products or services based on client needs. • Highly organised and reliable, with excellent attention to detail • Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment. • Punctual and well-presented with a professional, tidy appearance • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude • Experienced in beauty therapy or massage (preferred but not essential) • Must pass MOJ and drug test.
