The role : Our Events Host is in charge of identifying the client’s requirements and expectations for each event throughout the hotel. You will be - - Managing all event set-up, pack down, and follow-up processes. - Conducting final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards - Attending/planning meetings and external meetings when required - Co-facilitating events on-site by - Ensuring that all businesses have been well informed on health and safety requirements - Making sure all supplies were purchased before each event - Undertaking any other front of house duties required to support the smooth running of events and conferences. - Hospitality duties such as catering set up and delivery. - Front of house service

Job Requirements

● Hospitality Experience ● Strong organizational and multitasking skills ● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities ● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines ● Ability to troubleshoot ● Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
