We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Precut Timber Process Worker to join our team. This role involves the efficient processing of timber, ensuring quality and precision for pallet manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a focus on safety, and a commitment to quality.

Timber Processing: Prepare and process precut timber by measuring, cutting, and trimming to meet company specifications. Machine Operation: Operate timber cutting and processing machinery safely and effectively. Quality Control: Inspect and ensure that timber meets required quality standards before further processing. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet production targets while maintaining safety and quality. Waste Minimization: Reduce material wastage through careful measurements and efficient use of resources.

• Must pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check and drug tests. • Must be reliable with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude. • Numeracy and literacy skills to accurately measure timber, complete documentation, and follow written instructions. • Ability to operate machinery and maintain safe work practices. • Attention to detail to ensure accurate timber cuts and minimal waste. • MUST be fit and healthy, able to handle manual tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
