Trade Sales and Inwards Assistant

We require a full-time trade/retail sales and inwards person who is self- motivated and exceptionally customer service focused to join our growing team and help build our expanding trade showroom.

This is a full-time, entry-level position which could suit a highly motivated person, excellent communicator and interested in a career in the trades.

For the right person we will provide full training, a forklift license ongoing education and the opportunity to build a career in a small family run business. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to: • Build and maintain relationships with trade clients and provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers. • Identify opportunities to grow customer base and develop sales strategies to help grow business. • Responsible for the trade showroom, assist with retail showroom, including merchandising and store displays. • Inwards and Outwards and trade/customer orders.

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm and alternate rostered Saturday mornings 9am -12pm. Motivated/ independent/ team player/ initiative and approachable Passionate about providing excellent customer service full licence forklift preferable able to drive manual vehicle able to lift 25kgs regularly during a day
