Crew Member (Quick service)

Two roles exist in the East side - Owhata Restaurant

1. Crew Member , you’ll be part of a fast-paced, friendly team that delivers exceptional service and quality food to our customers. You will work across various stations including front counter, kitchen, and drive-thru, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

2. Maintenance Crew member As a Maintenance Crew Member at McDonald’s, you’ll be responsible for keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and well-maintained to ensure a pleasant experience for both customers and staff. Your duties will include cleaning equipment, managing waste, handling minor repairs, and maintaining the exterior and interior of the restaurant.

You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and enjoy their experience. Whether you're taking orders, preparing food, or keeping the restaurant clean and tidy, your contribution helps maintain the high standards that McDonald’s is known for.
