Cafe supervisor/barista wanted for busy Takapuna cafe. Duties include: - Supervise cafe staff to ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to company procedures. - Coordinate staff rosters, manage shift changes, and ensure adequate staffing during service periods. - Ensure all food and beverage preparation areas comply with hygiene and safety regulations. - Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation. - Train new staff in cafe procedures, customer service standards, and safe food handling practices. - Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary. - Ensure all cafe equipment is clean, well-maintained, and operated safely. - Complete end-of-day cash reconciliations and assist with basic financial reporting as delegated. - Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to a high standard. - Always uphold food safety and workplace health standards. Job Requirements

• Certificate in Business, Hospitality, Communication or a related field at NZQF Level 4 • A minimum of 6 months experience in a hospitality environment would be preferable.
