Service Desk/Managed Services Engineer
About this job
This is an entry-level to mid-level role. This would be suited to an individual with strong administration, organisation, analytical and problem-solving skills. This role has a strong focus on the service desk and managed service activities, including: • Monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and reporting the client’s critical systems, and cloud infrastructure • Provide service desk function, 1st and 2nd level support for all customers • Develop, administer and deliver the CNX Managed Services Support Plan, procedures and documentation • You'll maintain and develop CNX implementation, build standards and procedures administer, monitor and maintain CNX systems infrastructure • Provide technical training to customers • Be innovative - develop CNX products and services, champion new technologies, and share knowledge with team members • Assist in the sales and presales process, including the introduction of new customers and following up on sales leads
Job Requirements
-Higher school leaving certificate -Demonstrated awareness of business priorities -Demonstrated problem-solving ability -Industry-specific tertiary study/qualifications an advantage
