Butchery/Seafood ASSISTANTS

A big Supermarket is looking for Butchery / Seafood Assistants . If you have had previous experience working in a butchery, then you know what we are looking for. We are looking for individuals who know how to handle a knife and contribute to the everyday running of our Butchery / seafood department. Key Responsibilities: Provide support in the Butchery and Seafood departments as needed. Assist with the preparation and presentation of meat items. Apply the store food safety, health and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and inviting area. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate: Able to work efficiently in a busy setting. We are applying Safe-Pro in the store, which requires flexibility and the ability to use digital devices for accurate record-keeping. Team player willing to assist in multiple departments. Previous experience in raw meat preparation services. Flexible to work on weekends.
