We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative & Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in administration and accounts who enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities: • Use of finance systems to create and manage Purchase Orders and Invoicing • Provide general administrative support to the team and management • Answer phone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner • Assist with projects and day-to-day operations as required • Take notes and minutes during meetings, ensuring accurate documentation • Support the Manager with various administrative tasks

Job Requirements
•Proven experience in administration and accounts •Strong organizational and multitasking skills •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal •Comfortable using finance and office systems. • A team player with a proactive and flexible approach • Must Pass MOJ / Drug Test
